West Virginia University Research Corporation with it's affiliation to the National Drinking Water Clearinghouse.  It offers many services, including NDWC Technical Briefs, and is particularly focused on water supply and sanitation systems for small communities.  The National Drinking Water Clearinghouse has been very supportive to AIDIS in the Technology Transfer aspect of work supported by the Tinker Foundation, beginning in 2002,

and at the AIDIS Regional Conference held in Chicago in 2006.
