Mr. Scott J. Schwarz, Esquire, an attorney with the firm of
Mattioni Ltd., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will give a
presentation on a case in which he was involved concerning four
Blue Bell, Pennsylvania property owners who alleged that a major
gas leak at the former Blue Bell Gulf gas station affected their
health and their property. Soil Vapor Intrusion was an issue of
concern in this case.
Mr. Schwarz’s environmental practice includes environmental law,
toxic tort litigation, superfund sites, site remediation, oil
spill claims, in addition to his other work in insurance,
commercial transactions, and international business
transactions. His prior experience includes service with USEPA
in Washington, DC, the Alabama Attorney General’s Office and the
Office of the District Attorney in Montgomery, Alabama.
He is a Member of the Bar Associations on NYS, NYC,
Pennsylvania, and Philadephia.
