We are pleased to invite you to a special luncheon meeting with a distinguished guest speaker from Brazil, Mr. Marcos Montenegro, Director of the Department of Development and Technical Cooperation; National Secretariat for Environmental Sanitation of Brazil.  Mr. Montenegro will be presenting an overview of the Brazilian Ministry of the Cities' water-sector themes and programs, as well as offering his own unique insights and perspectives regarding water and sanitation
sector issues in Brazil.
