AIDIS is co-sponsoring a meeting
with the Committee on Environmental Law of the Association of the
Bar of the City of New York, at which the Environmental Technology
Group (ETG), will make a presentation on New York
State’s
new Brownfield Law. ETG is a consulting firm with extensive
experience in the cleanup of hazardous waste sites. The
presentation will be given by Valerie Rifkin, along with Bill
Seevers and Al Machlin. There will be an opportunity for attendees
to ask questions. This should be of great interest to engineers,
scientists, and others with an interest in learning about the tax
advantages provided by New York
State
for those entering the Brownfield program.
